Right in the historic center of Leiden we make good coffee and serve homemade cake or a delicious, fresh lunch.
From flammkuchen to richly filled grilled cheese sandwiches (our ‘Koekerroe’ with bacon is a favorite). We serve a range of special beers including Leidsch Blond, Petrus Triple, and Leidsch Aaipiejee—local flavors with character. We’re proud to work with organic and fair-trade products as much as we can, so your choices are not only delicious, but honest and sustainable as well.

Entrance tickets for both the Pieterkerk and the Pilgrim Museum are available inside our café: please ask our staff.
Opening hours Museumcafé Pieter is open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During events, the monument (and therefore the café) may be completely or partially closed. Call 071-512 43 19 for current opening hours.
